Besiktas has officially announced a contract extension for head coach Dusan Alimpijević, with the Serbian tactician signing a new deal that will keep him at the Turkish club through the summer of 2028.
Alimpijević has become one of the key figures behind Besiktas’ resurgence, and the club has rewarded his success with a long-term commitment as it prepares for the challenges of the upcoming EuroLeague season.
The Serbian coach guided Besiktas to the EuroCup Final during the 2025/26 campaign, playing a pivotal role in the club’s return to Europe’s elite competition. His leadership convinced the organization that he is the right man to lead the team into its new EuroLeague era.
